DESCRIPTION:PUBLISHED NOTICE \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE WASHINGTON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS \nA public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County\, Colorado on December 13\, 2022\, at 9:00 a.m. to consider final action on a recommendation by the Washington County Planning Commission on a Use by Special Review application filed by the Public Service Company of Colorado (conducting business as Xcel Energy) within unincorporated Washington County for a transmission line component of Xcel Energy’s Colorado Power Pathway project. A second public hearing will be held by the Washington County Board of County Commissioners on December 13\, 2022\, at 9:00 a.m. to consider an appeal\, if filed\, by Xcel Energy of a decision of the Washington County Planning Commission concerning Xcel Energy’s application for a 1041 permit (for a major facility of a public utility – a transmission line) for Xcel Energy’s Colorado Power Pathway project. If no appeal is filed by Xcel Energy\, the second public hearing will be cancelled. Additional information may be obtained from the Washington County Courthouse\, Commissioners’ Office.
