A public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on April 3, 2024, at 10 a.m. to consider final action on a recommendation by the Weld County Planning Commission on a 1041 permit application filed by the Public Service Company of Colorado (conducting business as Xcel Energy) within unincorporated Weld County for Xcel Energy’s Colorado Power Pathway.
