Please note that construction crews plan to abandon the old natural gas system on January 20, 2026. Schedules are subject to change.

During the week of January 19, crews will conduct utility locate activities, install natural gas line, install natural gas service lines and meters, perform service meter tie-ins, and site restoration in the following areas:

• West 128th Place, between Clay Circle and Beach Court
• Beach Court, between Front Range Circle and West 128th Place
• Southern Bryant Circle, between the eastern and western intersections of Front Range Circle
• Beach Street, between Front Range Circle and West 128th Place
• Alcott Street, between Front Range Circle and West 128th Place
• West 128th Place, between Beach Street and Beach Place
• Beach Place, to the end of cul-de-sac north of West 128th Place
• Front Range Circle, between Beach Court/Bryant Circle and Alcott Drive
• Alcott Drive, to the end of cul-de-sac west of Front Range Circle
• North of Front Range Circle, between Alcott Court and Alcott Circle
  • Construction staging area.
• Alcott Way, to the end of cul-de-sac west of Front Range Circle
• Alcott Way, between the northern and southern intersections of Front Range Circle
• West 129th Place, to the end of cul-de-sac east and west of Front Range Circle
• Alcott Circle, between West 130th Avenue and Alcott Court
• Alcott Court, to end of cul-de-sac north of Front Range Circle
• Beach Circle, between the eastern and western intersections of Front Range Circle
• Bryant Circle, between the eastern and western intersections of Front Range Circle
• Bryant Circle, to the end of cul-de-sac south of Front Range Circle
• Front Range Circle, between Alcott Drive and Beach Circle/Clay Circle

Crews will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In certain circumstances, crews may work evenings, nights or weekends. In preparation for work each day, crews will be on site starting as early as 7 a.m. to prepare materials and equipment for construction start at 8 a.m. We take every effort to reduce our construction impacts for the surrounding community and appreciate your cooperation and understanding while we complete this project.

As crews complete work on this project, homes will begin receiving natural gas through the newly installed lines and will begin to see natural gas billing on their Xcel Energy bill under the same account as their electricity bill. No actions are needed by the account holder for natural gas billing to be added to your account.

Please note that at no time will any on-site Xcel Energy employee or authorized contractor associated with the Front Range Circle Natural Gas Project need to obtain your account information. Scammers claiming to be from Xcel Energy have been reported in the project area. They are attempting to trick our customers into paying money by indicating that this is part of the work we are doing in your area, or by threatening loss of service if you don’t comply.
